Weili's preference for this product is evident. We have developed different styles of the inner case, trying more than ten different secondary processing technology. And we once used this product to participate in the online exhibition of the winning companies, obtaining a lot of inquiries. When opening our sample room, you can see a whole cabinet of different processes and designs of the Y458, we have absolutely aesthetic and production experience in this product.
One of noteworthy is the Y458 using spraying matte paint + hot color intrigue process + 3D printing. This is product designed by Weili’s new professional design team. The cover, bottom and inner case are injection molded AS transparent yellow. Stamping a part of pattern by fancy gilding paper after spraying transparent matte paint on the surface, overprinting the pattern of another part by 3D printing, and printing the oil on the surface. There are three kinds of feelings on fingers: fine and smooth of gloss oil; foggy and soft of matte paint; particle feeling of 3D printing. It brings the users double pleasure of vision and touching.
