The radian of the disc cap is smooth, with moderate thickness. It is recommended to inject transparent color, doing 3D printing, pressing and bronzing on the surface. Customers can print on the case of outer edge of the lid surface as shown on the left, to create a "pseudo skylight", without losing nifty and lovely while increasing the sense of hierarchy of the product.
The base of the disc and the hole loaded with aluminum plate of the product are integrated, with no inner plate, so the surface of the base of the disc has no steps or gaps, in order to support the stamping process. Customers can also choose transparent cap with electroplating chassis as shown on the right side. Different from the vitality on the left side shown in the figure, the metallic luster of electroplating can better reflect the delicate texture of the foundation, and the two complement each other for calm and atmospheric style.
In addition to the electroplating process, this product can also be customized to other processes or injection colors, so that customers have a greater choice in style and color matching.
