This powder disc uses a circular thread mouth rotating cap. The cap in the picture is ABS pink, and customers can customize color of the cap. The bottle body injection molding transparent PETG with glass texture hand feeling. In addition, there is an isolated internal plug, it is not easy to leak powder even shaking the disc,with strong storage and sealing performance.
The size of this powder disc is moderate, which can meet the customer’s demand for disc capacity. It adopts a divided design with small round holes with equal distance diaphragm inner plug to meet the appropriate amount of powder extraction needs,which is not easy to block.The distance between the partition and the disc cap is sufficient, which can place different thickness of powder, so that the powder can be clean stored.
The powder disc cap is suitable for ABS material, which is full of toughness and not easy to deform. Inner plug uses PP / PE material, and the bottle body uses PETG transparent material,which is smooth, burr free, environmentally friendly and durable, so customers can clearly see the remaining amount of powder. The surface of cap and disc body can be adopted printing, bronzing, hot transfer printing, 3D printing and other processes to meet any personalized customization of customers.
